Chef Robert Eckhardt - Who recently upgraded his title to “Dad” in May of 2020 when his son Robert Jr, aka baby Robbie, was born and the inspiration for Dad's Pizza Co. came to life. Rob and his wife Ali live in Scottsdale, AZ and love watching their son thrive in every way. After being in the Scottsdale restaurant industry for over 10 years he made the big leap to open a restaurant with his partner. Rob is an executive Chef with over 24 years’ experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industries has a successful history in improving guest satisfaction! Previously opened & was an executive chef at Drexel, Stella, The Vig, and Lons. Highly motivated, passionate, and well-organized to execute all in house needs, private parties, and catering operations around the country. Dedicated to kitchen hygiene and cleanliness and driven to raise the bar for fine dining and all aspects of guest relations.
ABOUT
Chef William Machiavello was born December 15th, 1965 to Karen and Louis Machiavello. He has two adult children Caelan and Sydney along with two bonus children Hector and Vivian. Dad Bill and his girlfriend Harley live in Glendale, AZ with Hector and Vivian. Dad Bill was born and raised in rural New Jersey. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 1987 he worked his way up thru several hotels and restaurants until landing himself in Arizona in 1996. Over the past two decades since arriving in Arizona he has held numerous positions throughout all aspects of the restaurant / catering industry including: launching numerous Margaritaville’s, executive chef at Stella Restaurant. For the past 3 years prior to opening DAD'S PIZZA CO: Dad Bill was the Culinary Operations Manager at Westworld in Scottsdale, AZ which is home to events such as Barrett Jacksons and the Phoenix Open. All his culinary accomplishments pale in comparison to his pride in being a Dad.
